We believe what we feed our cattle is the most important part of our operation. After all, how we feed them impacts the nutritional quality and taste of the beef. Over the course of our years in business, we’ve gotten our feeding operation down to a science. Every ingredient is sourced locally and sustainably so that we minimize the environmental impact of our meat products while contributing dollars back to the local economy. We buy our vitamins and minerals from the local feed store, cut our hay from local waterways and our own hay fields, source distiller’s grain to utilize a by-product and buy corn that’s grown right in our hometown.
