WHAT IS BULK-BEEF?

Bulk-beef ordering is for those interested in purchasing our beef by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole cow. It is ideal for those with families who have enough freezer space to buy all of their beef at once. Advantages are you get to pick your cuts and processing style and it is discounted by buying it all at once. We charge by the hanging weight. Please contact us with any questions and to place an order.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR GETTING BULK-BEEF?

First, we take your order, walk you through the process, and deliver the beef to the locker. You then inform the locker how you want your beef cut and finally the locker will call you when beef is ready (usually takes about 2 weeks after beef is delivered to locker).  We will ask that you pay us  for the beef before you pick it up at the locker.  You will pay the locker fee when you pick your beef up at the locker.  (1/4, 1/2 and whole beef)

We’re flexible- Most commonly Eureka + Farmington

HOW MUCH DOES THE BEEF COST?

Similar to Supermarkets or grocery stores if you bought the same cuts.
Example-1/4 beef $550 + $170 (locker charge) = $670

HOW MUCH DOES THE LOCKER CHARGE?

.80 -1.05 cents/lbs.  Depends on weight of beef, type of cuts, patties, tenderize, etc

HOW MUCH TAKE HOME MEAT?

1/4 beef = roughly 200 lbs hang wt. ~ 110-125 lbs of meat (depends on type of cuts and cut out of beef)

8  T-Bone Steaks
8  Ribeyes
2-4 Top Sirloin
2-4 Fillet
6 Roasts
70 lbs. Ground Beef/Burgers

Whole Beef Hanging Weight $2.70/ lb.
1/2 Beef Hanging Weight $2.70/ lb.
1/4 Beef Hanging Weight $2.75/ lb.
